Objection. We acknowledge that previous objections have been taken into consideration. However, the view of the proposed 3rd floor massing at the corner between Charlotte Road and Rivington Street, when looking Northward in Charlotte Road, appears too bulky and dominant in a way which is out of keeping with the streetscape at the junction and is detrimental to the historical character of the Bricklayers Arms. We also noted that there seem to be an inaccurate comment in the marketing strategy that states there’s “flexibility to be let floor by floor.” However, there doesn’t appear to be toilet facilities for the third floor. This would mean that the 3rd floor would be let together with the 2nd floor.
