SN-CAAC feel that there should be no new roof light at the front and the replacement front roof window should be similar in size and position to the existing one. We have no objection to the side roof window and PV cells etc.

2022/0639 Flat 1, 96 Lordship Park, N16 5UA Installation of a detached timber garden office in the rear garden. Full Planning Permission (Micheal Garvey)

SN-CAAC have no objection.

2021/2732 14 Newnton Close, N4 2RQ Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide 2no. buildings, 1no. part 5-storeys, part 7-storeys and 1no. 10 storeys comprising a total of 76 no. retirement apartments and communal facilities, together with associated works and landscaping. The modified plans are more acceptable. SN-CAAC feel that there is insufficient seating provision in the central garden area. People will enjoy sitting outside in groups in good weather.

Generally SN-CAAC have no objection. Although outside out remit we wonder if sufficeint attention has been paid to the Mayor's Housing Design Guide particularly the lack of any separation between kitchen and living space particularly in the larger flats and the numbedr of w/cs.
