SN-CAAC feel that the internal illumination is inappropriate. We note that the windows are presently obscured by large posters.The illuminated sign and full window posters are contrary to policy in the Hackney shopfront design guide.

SN-CAAC feel that the front windows should be timber and not uPVC. We are lesss concerned at the rear. No details of manufacturer are given. These should be supplied in addition to sections of the proposed windows front and rear.
