SN-CAAC have no objection.

 

2022/0329 The Castle Climbing Centre Green Lanes, N4 2HA Strengthening of a central girder within the Boiler House roof structure, with 28 No. High Strength Friction Grip bolts. Listed Building Consent (Timothy Walder)

SN-CAAC have no objection.

 

2021/3656 156 Stoke Newington Road, N16 7XA Erection of new retractable pergola system with guillotine window system at seating area at the front of 156 Stoke Newington Road Full Planning Permission (Danny Huber)

Insofar as we understand the proposal, SN-CAAC have no objection.

 

2022/0014 12 Stamford Hill, N16 6XZ Retention of a Modified; Ground floor single storey rear extension. Full Planning Permission (Erin Glancy)

SN-CAAC would welcome a resolution of this ongoing issue.

 

2022/0322 Flat C, 48 Gloucester Drive, N4 2LN Widening of existing second floor dormer window to front elevation, raising of cill to flank elevation and minor internal alterations. Householder Planning (Micheal Garvey)

SN-CAAC have no objection (and the property is not in a CA)

 

2022/0288 Bowling Green Pavillion, Clissold Park Green Lanes, Hackney, Variation of condition 8 (SUDS) attached to planning permission ref 2021/2422 dated 08/12/2021 for "Installation of a splash pad to the bowling green and amendments to the bowling pavilion to create water treatment plantroom with new toilet and showering facilities." Effect of variation would be to change the trigger of the condition to prior to commencement of the relevant part of the development. Removal/Variation of Condition(s) (Danny Huber)

The original application was not seen by SN-CAAC and we regret not having opportunity to comment on this important change to Clissold Park. That said we have no objection to the variation of conditions.

 

2022/0345 Flat 3, 53 Finsbury Park Road, N4 2JY Replacement and reconfiguration of existing rooflights. Full Planning Permission (James Clark)

SN-CAAC feel that the more southern of the two proposed roof windows is too large . It is 3 to 4X the size of the existing window. A smaller window here would be acceptable and the other front and the side windows proposed are OK.
