We have no objection to the proposals.

 

2017/1384 Land to R/O of Thirlmere House Howard Road N16 9PR Deed of Variation to permission 2013/1614 for "Erection of six terraced three-storey dwellings comprising 5 X 4-bedroom and 1 X 3-bedroom to the rear of the property along with associated car parking, cycle spaces, access and landscaping", the purpose of which would be to remove the obligation of a car free development (Nick Bovaird 0208 356 8291)

We object to the proposals for the following reasons:-

  • a) raising the roof ridge
  • b) the altered roof slope would be an alien form; and
  • c) green roof is an incongruous development

 

2017/0378 49-51 Leswin Road N16 7NX Erection of single-storey rear extension at first floor level to provide additional floorspace to a place of worship (D1 use class); erection of single-storey roof extension at second floor level to provide two self-contained 2-bed residential units (C3 use class); associated external alterations and works (Tim Wild 0208 356 8253)

We have no objections to the proposals, but make the following comments

  • OK on massing but some attempt should be made to relate the window positions on the 2nd floor with those on floor below.
