The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal.

 

2019/1880 184 Evering Road E5 8AJ Conversion of single dwellinghouse to 5no. self-contained units; single storey rear extension at ground floor; rear roof extension; basement excavation and associated front and rear lightwells; new front boundary treatment; two rooflights on front slope; elevational changes. The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal.

 

2019/1786 Huddleston Centre 30 Powell Road London Clapton E5 8DJ Installation of snow guards to the north roof and pigeon netting to the rose window on the east elevation. (Louise Prew 020 8356 8613)

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal, however we suggest black snow guards to reduce the appearance.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal but note the application lacks D&A or Planning statement to explain how the scheme addresses the previous reasons for refusal. We suggest more detailed drawings of the windows be secured by condition as the proposed drawings are very basic.

 

2019/1274 79-83 Beis Rochel Yetev Lev Nursery Cazenove Road N16 6BB Demolition of the existing single storey building and erection of a part single part two storey nursery building (Use Class D1) (Louise Prew 020 8356 8613)

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal however we note the proposal removes a large quantity of play space and may prevent future development of the adjacent plot on Kyverdale Rd.

 

2019/1840 29 Chardmore Road N16 6JA Erection of single-storey rear extension at ground floor level. [Retrospective application] (Kim Aukett 020 8356 4740)

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal however the ‘L’ shaped extension is clumsy and blocks the right-hand window of the bay. A more harmonious extension would be a simple rectangle.

 

2019/1842 Flat A 121 Osbaldeston Road N16 6ND Erection of single-storey rear extension at ground floor level; replacement of pitched roof over existing rear projection with flat roof. (Kim Aukett 020 8356 4740)

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal except to observe the new, larger cabinets are at the narrowest part of the footway and would cause les harm if they were located on the other side of the pole antenna.
