Objection. The SCAAC strongly objects. First, from the heritage point of view, this proposal completely negates the industrial typology of the alleys and narrow passages characteristic of the conservation area. Second, it intrudes into public space, possibly creating difficulties for some users. Any allowance for pavement table and chairs should not result in a permanent structure.

Objection. The SCAAC considered this in tandem with 2019/1570 and repeats its objection: The SCAAC strongly objects. First, from the heritage point of view, this proposal completely negates the industrial typology of the alleys and narrow passages characteristic of the conservation area. Second, it intrudes into public space, possibly creating difficulties for some users. Any allowance for pavement table and chairs should not result in a permanent structure.
