Community Planning Development Officer

Days: 143 days (equivalent to 3 days a week)

Fee: £21,450

An experienced and dynamic Community Planning Development Officer (CPDO) is needed to lead this project. You will work independently, from home/own office, to manage and deliver the community planning project. You will have expertise in planning, building conservation and community engagement. You will be responsible for the development of resources, including a downloadable advice pack and newsletter; the coordination of a range of community engagement events; the reinstatement and coordination of the Hackney Society Planning Group; and advising the community on planning issues. Work to be started in October 2009 and completed by July 2010.

Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
