Shoreditch Prototype House was developed by Tessa Cox and Oliver Bulleid to create their own house and studio. This low cost, low energy building was designed using principles transferable to larger schemes and locations. Completed in 2008, Shoreditch Prototype House has won a Hackney Design Award 2008 and Grand Designs Best Eco House 2009. It was shortlisted for the RIBA Awards 2009.
